- $12.99 flat rate for all orders going to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.
Package Delivery Policy
Once your order is placed, it will take us approximately 1 business day to process it. The package transit time may vary depending on your location, but typically takes 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that shipping may be delayed during peak seasons or promotions. Note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. If you are located in certain countries, transit time may be longer. Rest assured, we will send you a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Taxes and Import Duties
Sales tax is based on the shipping address and calculated at checkout.
Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customers upon arrival in the destination country.

- Please note that the risk of loss or damage to the goods, as well as any costs incurred after the goods have been delivered to the carrier, is the responsibility of the buyer.
- While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions may cause shipping delays. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery times as this is dependent on the shipping company.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate contact information including their name, shipping address, and phone number. Please also note that changing the shipping address after purchase is not possible. The shipping carrier will contact the buyer at the provided phone number, and they may return or abandon the package if unable to reach the buyer.
- We regret to inform you that we do not accept payment by check, money order, or telephone. Also, please note that we are unable to ship packages using customer shipping accounts. Delivery to hotels, freight forwarders, and international shipping consolidation services is prohibited, and we cannot be responsible for any lost or undeliverable packages shipped to these locations.
- For order fulfillment, several shipments may be necessary. Each package will have tracking information provided. Back-ordered and pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Both in-stock ordered items and back-ordered items will be shipped to buyers until the back-ordered items are available. Please note that back-ordered or pre-ordered items will be listed as "Order of Pending Shipment."
- Syncwire is unable to take responsibility for goods marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. If you are unable to locate a delivered package, please contact the carrier and provide the tracking number.
